Bradley Hoffman ’78
Co Chair, Seize the Day
Born in Hartford, Brad graduated from Kingswood Oxford School in 1978 and Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, in 1982, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Brad and his brother, Jeffrey, co-chair all business aspects of Hoffman Auto Group, founded in 1921. The Hoffman Auto Group is now in its fourth generation.
He joined the Hoffman Auto Group in September 1982 and currently oversees one of the country’s most successful and reputable automotive retail groups with locations in East Hartford, Avon/West Simsbury, New London, and Watertown, CT. The company employs approximately 535 individuals and represents the following automotive franchises: Lexus, Audi, Porsche, BMW, Lincoln, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ford, and Scion. Along with the aforementioned franchises, Hoffman Auto Group has two state-of-the-art auto body shop repair facilities and a premium, pre-owned vehicle sales dealership, Hoffman Used Car Superstore.
In addition to serving on numerous boards and serving his community, Brad devotes significant time to philanthropic endeavors and served as KO’s board chair from 2016 to 2021.
A resident of Avon, CT, Brad is married to Kathy and the proud parents of five children. He is an avid sports enthusiast, has a vast appreciation for all types of music, and travels worldwide.
